Take any clear glass container (the one pictured here is a summer lantern from World Market to protect candles from the wind) and fill with tiny lady apples and a string of battery powered mini-lights. Really pretty and lasts for well over a month. A row of these make beautiful lighting at any time of year and no need to worry about candles dripping or blowing out!
